Located in the center of Manche (Agneaux), 500 m from the Voie Verte, 5 min walk from the Institute, 8 min (car) from the stud farm, 30 min from the sea, 1 hr from Mont Saint-Michel, 40 min from the landing beaches, 1 hr from the Cité de la Mer, 40 min from Bayeux. Independent entrance through the outer courtyard, located under the terrace of our house (lockbox).

Set in peaceful, beautiful surroundings beside an old mill, this former bake house overlooks a tranquil wooded valley, waterfall and millstream. Situated not far from the town of Balleroy which has a bar, a supermarket and two boulangeries. Nearby is a forest with walking & cycling paths. NB The accommodation is on three floors, the main floor is the living/dining room, with views of the valley and waterfall. A haven for wildlife including kingfishers. The bilingual English owners live on site.

Nice house for 6 guests. The house consists of a living room/lounge with pellet stove, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower. You also enjoy a terrace with a south-facing barbecue as well as a private outdoor area. Linens included (sheets + towels) Beds are made on arrival. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron. Parking for up to two vehicles.
