A quiet and warm Breton family house in the heart of Finistère, 10 minutes from Morlaix, 15 minutes from Carantec and 30 minutes from Brest. The soul of this house is the garden in which our grandfather passionately maintained rose bushes and a vegetable garden. The bright garden room, the interior of the warm house allow you to spend good times with family or friends around the table or in the lounge area.

Le Petit Vilar

Le Petit Vilar is a newly renovated former outbuilding in a very quiet and wooded site. All the accommodation is on one level. It is located close to the GR 34 and many short hiking trails. The nearest beach is about ten minutes by car. The village of Locquénolé, with its grocery store, its Romanesque and Baroque church and its Freedom Tree, is within walking distance. The accommodation does not include a TV but is equipped with Wi-Fi. Bike shelter.

Ty Sant Seo

Ideally located between land and sea, Ty Sant Seo is a new house that will guarantee you optimal comfort thanks to its 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 2 160 beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds). Its fully equipped modern kitchen opens onto the living room with smart decor. The garage will allow you to store your bikes, as well as a private courtyard to park 2 vehicles. You will also enjoy a south-facing terrace with a dining area surrounded by a lawn.

For vacation or work, ideal accommodation for visitors to Morlaix and its region. Located in the historic district of Saint Mathieu in Morlaix. The T1 apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) in a historic building. Sheets and towels are provided. Non-fibered but good quality Wi-Fi connection (ADSL 2). Free parking nearby. Cleaning available during the stay: 25 euros to be paid on site. NO PARTIES IN THE APARTMENT

La maison Folgalbin

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.

Maison de ville

This house is located at the entrance to Saint Martin des Champs, close to the expressway and Morlaix train station. Ideal for reaching the historic city centre of Morlaix or for heading to the beaches of the north coast of Finistère. Upon arrival, a key box is in front of you, so you have a badge to park your vehicles, fully fenced with a surveillance camera at the entrance to the property.

Discover our apartment in the city center of Morlaix. In a very quiet small condominium on the 3rd floor, our accommodation is close to amenities and has ample free parking. It is available for rent for 4 people, our accommodation has two bedrooms with, in each a double bed. Do not hesitate for more information, I would be happy to tell you about our little cocoon.
