A quiet and warm Breton family house in the heart of Finistère, 10 minutes from Morlaix, 15 minutes from Carantec and 30 minutes from Brest. The soul of this house is the garden in which our grandfather passionately maintained rose bushes and a vegetable garden. The bright garden room, the interior of the warm house allow you to spend good times with family or friends around the table or in the lounge area.

Le Petit Vilar is a newly renovated former outbuilding in a very quiet and wooded site. All the accommodation is on one level. It is located close to the GR 34 and many short hiking trails. The nearest beach is about ten minutes by car. The village of Locquénolé, with its grocery store, its Romanesque and Baroque church and its Freedom Tree, is within walking distance. The accommodation does not include a TV but is equipped with Wi-Fi. Bike shelter.

Kermaria is a tiny, warm, very quiet and well-equipped holiday home with a large tree-lined garden. Discover the bay of Morlaix and shine in Finistère from a house that we try to make as nice, practical and cozy as possible. Dourduff harbour is down the road, Térénez 10 minutes away, and the historic town of Morlaix also 10 minutes away by the magnificent river road. Plouézoc'h and its local shops are 400m away.

La maison Folgalbin

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.
