We had a lovely stay. The place perfectly matches the photos and our expectations. It was very quiet, peaceful and refreshing. Bedding was excellent and had everything we needed. The space was well heated and the view was beautiful. We would definitely recommend this place! Thank you again!

I left a 5 star review because the listing did exactly what it needed. An amazing view in a calm and intimate environment. However I extremely disappointed with the reply delay with Alain. I understand every one of us are busy, however in this industry, communication for both parties are in my pov pinnacle to a positive experience. Secondly, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bed and towels. I always bring sheets from home and thank god I did, the bed had hairs in it from the previous stay and the duvet had smells of cooking and spices which I did not enjoy. When I opened up the towels I also found stains and odours not of fabric fresh out of the wash and dryer. When I sent pictures to Alain, his only reply was that it must’ve been “static” for the sheets to have kept hairs and the towels were “clean and not even bleach out remove the stains”. How much could a new towel cost? I hope for my next stay they mend this issue, but hey bring some sheets and towels!
