Michel is a very nice host who does his best to make you feel at home and that's the case. He directs us to activities that might fit us and gives lots of tips. The accommodation is impeccable, very clean, very well furnished, spacious. There's nothing missing. For us it's one of the best (not to say the best place to stay) where we stayed on Airbnb. I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!
