very well located apartment, easy to access. Impeccable apartment. Reachable and responsive host. We are delighted with our stay.

The stairs to the 2nd floor are a bit narrow, otherwise the place was nicely renovated. You can hear the tram from the street, but did not bother us further. The hosts also offered us a locked parking space for our bikes, which we found very nice. Price/performance was therefore great!

Killian was able to respond quickly to my requests before booking and gave very clear instructions for access to the apartment. Impeccable and well-equipped accommodation in a secure and very quiet residence, close to public transport (bus, tram) to take you in a few minutes to the centre of Angers. I would recommend it

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

One night stay, I was perfectly welcomed by Cédric, who is a very friendly, very responsive and very accommodating host! The accommodation is rather well located, on the edge of Maine and close to the city centre. The neighborhood is very quiet. I highly recommend it if you want to discover Angers!

We had a great time at Hervé's, the setting is absolutely beautiful and the apartment very beautiful. Hervé was very welcoming, available and accommodating (thank you again for accepting our love dogs). We had dinner at his restaurant, the Monkey, located just below the apartment, and we enjoyed ourselves. The restaurant staff are very nice. Thanks again for having us!

The accommodation is very, very nice. Modern and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is very quiet. The balcony allowed us to enjoy the sweetness of the evenings. Christophe is very nice and responsive. We had a great stay and I highly recommend this accommodation. Parking is a big advantage because it's not so easy to park. very clean accommodation, well located, you can rent the apartment with your eyes closed. everything matches the photos, I think I'll go back before the end of the year. all the explanations are clear, everything is nearby.

Fabulous accomadation with a gorgeous view of the Loire river. This is a lovely area to stay in with three "plus beaux villages et France" closeby and many other beautiful sites and wineries. Combier distillery and Ackerman's are stand-outs and we very much appreciated the vouchers our hosts provided. This is our second stay with Delphine and Pierrick and we plan to return with our family. Merci beaucoup!
