Apartment at Les Fermes d'Eugénie, a luxury building completed in November 2021. It is located in the resort of Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise, renowned for its family-friendly character as well as for its off-piste and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. The building is 1500 m above sea level at the foot of the slopes (ski return in front of the building, snow front 200 m away). A 15-minute drive away are the resorts of Tignes/Val d'Isère, Les Arcs (via Villaroger) and La Rosière.

Chalet Altus est une ancienne ferme savoyarde du 18e siècle rénovée en 2022 dans un style rustique-chic de grand confort, et décorée par des artistes. Le chalet est situé au pied des sentiers de randonnées dans le petit hameau rural traditionnel du Baptieu, à 1200m d’altitude, dans un environnement authentique d’une quiétude absolue, au bord d’un ruisseau, en lisière de forêt. Inspired by traditional Savoyard chalets made of stone, wood and lauze roofing, but resolutely modern, Chalet Alma, with its southern exposure and entirely glazed façade, has a unique view of Mont-Pourri and its eternal snow at 3,779m. Inaugurated in July 2021.

Located in a small hamlet and on the top floor of our house, this studio offers a stay in the mountains in calm and serenity. You have a large space to rest after an active day or simply enjoy the setting, but be careful not to bump your head on the beam (1.70 m) Parking is available along the road and access to the house is via a 70 m steep path. Station 9 km away by shuttle or car, with stunning views of the Tarentaise Valley.

Charming studio 3 km from the funicular to Les Arcs

The studio is in my house but the entrance is independent with a key box. Free parking in front of the studio. My house is in a hamlet far from the hustle and bustle of the resorts, just 3 km from the center and Bourg Saint Maurice train station.
