The suite was clean, easy to access and had everything we needed and more. It looked like it was brand new. All the finishes, appliances (washer and dryer too) were top quality. Although it is a basement suite it has large windows and great natural light. The blackout blinds in the bedroom were great. The location was walking distrance from our event and good access to major roads. Would highly recommend and return again.

I stayed here for one month and this was a great AirBnb. It is well appointed and the neighborhood is very safe and walkable. Parking signs are all in French so can be a bit tricky but parking was always available within a small block or 2. I was able to bring my dog so that was great. As other reviewers have said, there is a lot of morning toddler running above your head but she seems to get it out of her system within 15 minutes or so. Great spot, affordable cost. Highly recommend.

The snow was a difficult factor because being in the basement, the snow covered half of the window. So reduced visibility. Otherwise very close to the university and many shops quite close. Take the bus to line 800 or 801 is a 12 minute walk. Had a nice stay.

Don’t hesitate, just book! I’ve been all over Canada and in many places in the world. Diana’s place is my best and favourite experience. Firstly, she is AMAZING… friendly, helpful, responsive and just a lovely being. Her warm, positive energy is obvious in the beauty, comfort, care and attention to detail in her place. I’ll definitely be returning 🤩😍
