L'entrée est indépendante de la longère Normande que je viens de restaurer. Situé sur 4ha en lisière de forêt. A 3km de Pavilly, sur l' axe Rouen - Dieppe, Amiens- Le Havre. Le Parking est privé, fermé par un portail.

La Lanterne is a bright and light-filled loft type cottage (50 m2) located in Normandy, in a beautiful grounds of a large house on the banks of the Seine at Tournedos-sur-Seine (a quiet village four kms from Le Vaudreuil/Val-de-Reuil). The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

Melmont House

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

Welcome to our peaceful home that ensures tranquility and serenity. You have a private outdoor area with a 6-seater hot tub, a fenced garden with stunning views, with garden furniture and a BBQ.
