Pour des vacances ou une nuitée , nous vous proposons notre maison cosy pour 4 personnes près d'une forêt avec ses sentiers multiples . A 10 min de Quimper et 25 min des plages. La maison est bien équipée, les lits seront faits à votre arrivée , le linge de toilette et de cuisine fournis. Pour y accéder vous emprunterez 4 grandes marches. Toutes les commerces de proximité se trouvent à 800 m. Notre résidence principale se trouve sur le même terrain (Chiens acceptés sur demande)

We will be happy to host you in Kerguen! The proposed gîte is classified as "furnished tourist accommodation 2 **" by the OT 29 organization. It is located in a stone farmhouse and can accommodate from 1 to 6 people. It will be a "resource place" where you will enjoy calm and nature when you return from your getaways. We are ideally located to travel within 30 minutes to various places of interest in this beautiful region of Finistère where all your senses will be awakened!

Furnished Tourism Rating *** Located in the Concarnoise countryside, 4 Degrees West is a cottage for 1 or 2 people, in eco-building, quiet, in a hamlet, 6 km from the city center of Concarneau, 7 km from the village of Forêt-Fouesnant (Breton Riviera), 3.5 km from the famous GR34, 2 km from the green way Concarneau-Roscoff and 3 km from the RN165. Ideal if you prefer tranquility, the cottage is adjoining the owner’s house with independent access and private parking.

Studio adjoining the main residence of the hosts with a separate entrance, you will enjoy two terraces (meal with shade sail/relaxation with parasol) and part of the enclosed garden. Located in a cul-de-sac in the heart of a quiet and wooded residential area, you will have a free parking space for your vehicle in front of the house (single-level and PRM access).

Maison de campagne indépendante plein pied à 6 kms de la mer. Jardin clos. Endroit calme sans être isolé. La maison est située entre Quimper (12kms) et Concarneau (8kms). 1 chambre de 15 m2 et une de 13 m2. 1 SDB et 1 WC séparé. Draps fournis si demande. Abri voiture, barbecue, bains de soleil..... Mon logement est parfait pour les couples et les familles (avec enfants). Lit parapluie, chaise haute disponible sur demande.
