I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. It is a 30 m2 non-smoking accommodation with a kitchen and living room. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 cm double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and a TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room. Only the toilets at the entrance to the house are shared.

Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the centre of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cosy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing nature.

Set on a wooden terrace, it offers a beautiful view of the sunrise, with an outdoor lounge on which to enjoy our garden fruits. 5 minutes from the historic city center of Ussel 40 minutes from La Bourboule/Mont-Dore Less than an hour from the Chaîne des Puy, a chain of volcanoes in Auvergne (UNESCO World Heritage Site) (An activity book is available in the accommodation)

Come and recharge your batteries in the heart of the Millevaches Nature Park in our haven. The gîte is on the hosts' property, not overlooked, you have your peace and quiet, but if you need us we are not far away. Relaxation and calm assured. Lake Lavaud Gélade: fishing, swimming 10 minutes by car or 45 minutes on foot. Lake Vassivière 25 minutes by car. Short hikes from the cottage. 10 minutes from the first shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, restaurants, tobacco, fuel)

The house is suitable for 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a "bedstee" with each having its own bathroom. A lovely sitting area with wood-burning stove and a modern equipped kitchen. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.
