The house consists of a living room with open kitchen overlooking the terrace facing the sea, 3 bedrooms, 1 office, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, nice cozy shaded courtyard, free parking space.

Seaside getaway: quiet air-conditioned house

Just a short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m² house, classified as a '3⭐️ tourist accommodation', is located in Lauzières (an oyster-farming village on the outskirts of La Rochelle and close to the Île de Ré bridge). It comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.
