ST VINCENT LES FORTS cottage in the heart of nature

300 meters from the village of Saint Vincent les Forts located at 1300 m altitude, you will be housed in a new attic apartment on the top floor of a chalet in the middle of nature and quiet. Breathtaking views and departure from the chalet for many hikes or mountain bike rides. Located close to the St Jean Montclar resort and Lake Serre Ponçon, you can enjoy many activities: tree climbing, via ferrata, canyoning, rafting, swimming pool, tennis. Paragliding departs from the village.

Large studio (35m²) 20m from the chairlift

Our 35m² studio have been restored recently. It is located in the nearest of chair lift residence (20m). You will be on first floor with balcony facing south, a window with a Dormillouse mountain and ski slopes view. It includes private ski box in the entrance. Cozy and convinient, the accomodation is ideal for sporty families. Kitchen is fully equipement News beddings have been chosen for daily use. Possibility of parking at the foot of the residence (non-private parking).

Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
