beautiful mountain setting

Lovely ground-floor apartment in our chalet. Renovated in 2023. Independent access, the soundproofing is very goodfiber optics. dramatic scenery. The village of Saint-Vincent-les-Forts (altitude 1350m) is 300m away, well-known for its paragliding, its view of Lake Serre Ponçon, and its excellent inn. The water sports center is an 8-minute drive away, and the Montclar resort ( 4 seasons activities) is 6 minutes away. Several hiking and mountain biking trails depart from the chalet.

300 meters from the village of Saint Vincent les Forts located at 1300 m altitude, you will be housed in a new attic apartment on the top floor of a chalet in the middle of nature and quiet. Breathtaking views and departure from the chalet for many hikes or mountain bike rides. Located close to the St Jean Montclar resort and Lake Serre Ponçon, you can enjoy many activities: tree climbing, via ferrata, canyoning, rafting, swimming pool, tennis. Paragliding departs from the village.

St-Jean Montclar resort 3 km away, paragliding on site, beaches of Lake Serre Ponçon 5 km away. Inside, you will find all the modern comforts (television, equipped kitchen, washing machine); a large bed of 160 x 200 and 2 single beds. Outside and surrounding the garden: the fortification walls to the north and east, the view of the lake to the west (sunset!).
