Lovely ground-floor apartment in our chalet. Renovated in 2023. Independent access, the soundproofing is very goodfiber optics. dramatic scenery. The village of Saint-Vincent-les-Forts (altitude 1350m) is 300m away, well-known for its paragliding, its view of Lake Serre Ponçon, and its excellent inn. The water sports center is an 8-minute drive away, and the Montclar resort ( 4 seasons activities) is 6 minutes away. Several hiking and mountain biking trails depart from the chalet.

The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields.
