Haven of peace near the city and the beach
We have lived in this house for 13 years. It is very pleasant to live in, in all seasons. It takes just 2 minutes to get to the city by car and 1 minute more to reach the beach or the casino. The descent on foot to the port (downtown) takes about 10 minutes. The landscaped garden is about 100 m2. NB: It is not fenced and there is no protective barrier around the small pond.
