Vous logerez dans notre tiny house entièrement rénovée avec connexion wifi ouverte à 2 voyageurs uniquement (les bébés et les animaux ne sont pas acceptés dans la tiny house, le logement n’étant ni sûr, ni adapté aux bébés.) Celle-ci se trouve au fond d’un jardin intérieur entièrement clos, au calme, à l’abri du vent, donnant sur la maison principale où nous résidons. Le logement est totalement indépendant, vous y logerez seuls et l’accès de la tiny house se fait par une entrée privative.

Bright 31m2 studio located on the 3rd floor of the house 50 meters from the sea. Within 100 meters you will find shops (Carrefour Express open until 7 p.m. and bakeries), the casino, restaurants and cinema. The Paluel power station is located less than 8 kilometers away. In the heart of the Caux country and the Alabaster coast, you will enjoy the cliffs, through the walks on the pier, the beach, on the marina. Etretat is - 45 minutes away and Fécamp 30 minutes away

An adorable traditional fisherman's house of 100m2 on 3 floors with its small terrace located close to the port, near the beach of Saint Valery en Caux and the park. Very well-equipped and comfortable. Beautiful fully renovated apartment located on the 1st floor of a 3-story building. It consists of a small reading area with harbor views, continues with a large living room consisting of an equipped kitchen, dining table and brand new sofa bed. A separate bedroom is at your disposal. As well as a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Free parking is available in front of the door. The property is located a 5-minute walk from all shops and the beach.

The apartment, on the second and third floor of a house, enjoys a magnificent view of the port, the fairway, the lighthouse and the sea. Completely renovated in 2015, it is comfortable and sunny, ideal for family stays. Nearby are the esplanade and the beach (100 m), restaurants (100 m), shops (200 m), the casino and its cinema . In front of the Villa are the fishermen's stalls where you can buy freshly landed fish from boats.

Superb sea view apartment and parking Apartment ideally located in the city center with a super view of the port entrance. You will have access to: restaurants, bakery, fish shop, caterer, bars, tobacco/press, express intersection. Fully renovated in 2022 on the third floor ( without elevator ) in a quiet residence with parking. During the summer, bookings are only available from Saturday to Saturday.

Underground garage, ATTENTION vehicle height 2 m, otherwise let me know to find a solution, secure residence. Perfect for discovering Saint-Valéry-en-Caux and the Alabaster Coast.
