Le Petit Moulin is a symbolic place in the hamlet of Rossiou. This is where, for centuries, thanks to the power of water, wheat was ground by successive generations of millers. Even today, some village elders remember bringing their bag of wheat there. Completely rebuilt in the 1970s, it has retained the charm of old stones, arched doors and thick slates.
