Gorgeously located gem in the heart of Cognac, this is a super apartment ideal for enjoying the areas beauty - perfect for long strolls, accessible to Cognac's best eateries and only a stone's throw from the famed distilleries.

Clean and functional apartment with a magnificent view of the ocean. It's well equipped and the instructions are very clear. Charlene is very responsive to my inquiries. We would recommend it.

A very nice apartment overlooking the harbour entrance - located between the Ketten and Laternenturm. The accommodation is located in a beautiful old house made of white limestone. The apartment was well ventilated by many skylights and the slopes make the apartment very charming. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a beach is 5 minutes away and the city centre of La Rochelle is also a few minutes away. We arrived by train and did a lot on foot or by rental bike. The accommodation is also within walking distance of the train station.

An ideally located apartment, very well-equipped, recently refurbished. Very good quality furniture, appliances and decorations. Let's talk about the view: breathtaking!!! A great little apartment with everything we needed. Close to the old port and town. Parking across the road in the carpark was easy and convenient.

the house is ideal and spacious for 8 people, it is very clean and very well equipped. the beds are comfortable. nice decoration. the outside is very nice, barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers... no negative points. we are a 10-minute walk from the beach and free parking spaces near the house. i would highly recommend.

Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

Beautiful address at the port of Meschers in a quiet environment, even if the restaurants and the port are a few steps from the rental. The house is even better in real life than in the photos! Very spacious, well equipped, everything is there for a good time spent with family!

Number of days spent in the holiday home. Wonderfully large house with a beautiful garden. can enjoy the jacuzzi and the sun loungers. You can be on the beach in 10 minutes by car. Several shops within a 10-minute drive. If you are looking for a spacious holiday home where you can enjoy your privacy and a beautiful garden where you can enjoy in peace, then this house is definitely recommended.

Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

Very quiet for the studio. For those who love walking, I've been spoiled. Xavier is responsive and helped me a lot. Good restaurants.

The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all the rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a nice place.

Very nice apartment, nice decoration, spacious, 2 very large bedrooms each with its own bathroom Large living room and beautiful, very well-equipped kitchen (appliances and dishes) dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, washing machine and dryer. Parking space. Sea view and sea 100 m away. Valérie's kindness and her little attention. 5 minutes' walk from the beautiful beach of Pontaillac, its restaurants and shops. Conclusion: it was perfect, you can go there with your eyes closed.
