Hello, this is the second time I have spent time in this villa under the pine trees of Charente Maritime. A timeless place, with the beach nearby, a place where it is good to put your suitcases, to consume without moderation. The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Quiet stay in the countryside with the river's song as background music. Ideal for large group stays. The house is spacious, very well equipped, and tastefully decorated. Nothing is missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe discovery of the environment for all ages.

Very well arranged space with the necessary accessories to feel at home. Quiet & peaceful place. Sébastien is very responsive and gives good advice for activities. The only small negative point (which would not be for everyone); at sunrise, a lot of light from the front door, maybe a small thing to improve otherwise it's great. I recommend it and if we come back to the area, we will not fail to come back ☺️

Jenifer's accommodation has been renovated with great taste. The amenities are also as qualitative and numerous as a main house: hair dryer, washing machine, oven, kettle, in short, everything is there. you can access the beach in 2 minutes by bike, 5 minutes on foot, happiness.

Beautiful address at the port of Meschers in a quiet environment, even if the restaurants and the port are a few steps from the rental. The house is even better in real life than in the photos! Very spacious, well equipped, everything is there for a good time spent with family!

From booking our short notice stay, we had Benadettes full attention. Her communications were warm and welcoming. Her home is beautiful, tastefully furnished / decorated and comfortable. She welcomed our 2 dogs without any hesitation and told us where we could take them for walks. We will visit again and have already passed on the details to friends. We had a great family weekend at Valerie's house. The accommodation is very close to the center but quiet. The house is very nice, new with a nice garden. We were able to do everything on foot (beach, restaurants, walks, shopping). Communication was very easy because the owners live right next door. Short perfect stay!

We rented Virginie's accommodation as accommodation for one night for a wedding and it was ideal. Comfortable and well-equipped, we will remember the address to come back for a holiday as a couple on occasion :) the surrounding villages are very beautiful and the estuary offers beautiful landscapes. I recommend it!

Very welcoming host. The house is in a very quiet area. It is also very pleasant and convenient for families with children and infants. Everything is provided (umbrella bed, high chair). We can see the seagull train passing by a step away from the house. We had a great time.

Ideal accommodation for a stay with family or friends. Located close to the seaside, 5 minutes' walk from the beach, we loved the wild and peaceful environment. The house is very well equipped, each bedroom has a bathroom and a toilet, there are three large sleeping areas. We stayed with three small children and the accommodation was perfectly suitable and safe for them. We loved staying for the weekend, we will come back with great pleasure!

Excellent stay, large living space, private garden without a view, kitchen with all the necessities. Only a toilet downstairs, we found it annoying. And we are also not a fan of fragrance sticks everywhere in the house. Enclosed property with parking, at the edge of the residential area. All in all very satisfied.
