Perfect place! Everything is there, you will feel at home! However, a small downside! The hotplates bugged out... it turned off, turned back on, turned off... otherwise we were still really good! Thanks to Jonathan for his responsiveness!

First reaction when entering the apartment: WOW! It's a real gem... a fabulous renovation. In the centre of Cognac and in an old town house, an apartment that would make the apartments of the latest real estate programs blush. You feel good right away: decor and colours are harmonious and chosen with great taste. It's quiet and the bedding is perfect. There's nothing missing to cook. We had a great time. Anthony and Virginie are responsive and communication is very nice. We highly recommend it.

The location is beautiful, peaceful setting and the pool was fantastic. We booked to have breakfast one morning - it was stunning. Beautiful presentation and lovely food. Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in the accommodation👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to you both 🌞

The accommodation is incredible near the city centre which allows you to do a lot of things on foot without forgetting that it is cosy with everything you need!! We had a great stay, we recommend it and we will come back 😁

Very nice rental that perfectly matches the Airbnb listing. Thierry is very friendly and very responsive. The town of Saujon is very cute with pleasant walks along the Seudre.
