First reaction when entering the apartment: WOW! It's a real gem... a fabulous renovation. In the centre of Cognac and in an old town house, an apartment that would make the apartments of the latest real estate programs blush. You feel good right away: decor and colours are harmonious and chosen with great taste. It's quiet and the bedding is perfect. There's nothing missing to cook. We had a great time. Anthony and Virginie are responsive and communication is very nice. We highly recommend it.

Claudine is a very responsive host and provides a lot of very interesting information about tourist activities near the accommodation.

Really beautiful location in a quiet area, direcly at the ocean, would definitely recomand, we spent a lovely time there!

Has been renovated and equipped to a very high standard. It was very clean and comfortable and excellent communication from the host. It is the ideal place for one or two couples to base themselves when visiting the attractions of the local area.

Easy to find address, a friendly team and always responsive. A place very close to all amenities like market, theater and usual shops, all within a 5 -10 minute walk! I'll be back!!

Stephane and Sylvie were amazing hosts. They gave us great local recommendations, organised a personal winery tour for us and booked in a massage. The location is beautiful, peaceful setting and the pool was fantastic. We booked to have breakfast one morning - it was stunning. Beautiful presentation and lovely food. Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in the accommodation👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to you both 🌞

Very nice rental that perfectly matches the Airbnb listing. Thierry is very friendly and very responsive. The town of Saujon is very cute with pleasant walks along the Seudre.
