Family-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Servan, Saint-Malo

We were very well received by Fabien who is very nice and responsive. The house is great as is the garden and the environment. The place is quite suitable for children, especially since Fabien had kindly provided baby equipment (in addition to other touches for young and old!). We highly recommend this house and will return as soon as possible!

Management is carried out by a third party. But very responsive. Everything went well. Accommodation to recommend for families and friends with children. The garden and the jacuzzi are a real plus.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. The trampoline, games, books, and comics delighted our daughter. Despite average weather, we were able to enjoy the garden, hot tub and hammam. The house is also located a stone's throw from the lively heart of Saint-Pair sur Mer with all its shops and three steps from the sea. We'll be back with pleasure in this nice house. Very welcoming hosts. Ideal and peaceful location. For us the sauna was superfluous but everyone will appreciate its use. An unforgettable week, the Voie Verte offers you a perfect bike getaway. The activity of the "marine train" is recommended. Looking forward to visiting this region again, which is full of beautiful landscapes.

Beautiful and quaint walk-up unit in the middle of the pedestrian area of Dinan. The unit is spacious and well laid out and it is quiet at night. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close-by. Free parking can be found on a few of the streets outside the pedestrian zone. The clothes washer is awesome and a grocery is a short walk away.

Beautiful house very well located, close to the centre. The garden is lovely. Jean-Luc is very welcoming and was very accommodating for departure and arrival times. We had a lovely stay.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence overlooking the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia when we arrived. Afterwards, Christian, the owner from the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

We had a great week at Fabienne's place. The house is very nice, very well-equipped. Very nice garden, very quiet. Very well located in the immediate vicinity of the city centre of Saint Malo. Fabienne is very responsive and very helpful.

This is a pretty house in a lovely location. It is in a quiet street very close to the beach, with some bakeries and restaurants on hand. Communication with the host was very good and the lady who checked us in was very helpful. The house is very well equipped and has a very nice bathroom. Bedrooms were as described. We had a great stay.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

The stay with Patrick and Laure was wonderful. Warm and welcoming contact. The garden is beautiful, the cottage tasteful and cozy. We love to cook, and you are well provided for here. It's wonderfully quiet. All towns, beaches and attractions are about 30-60 minutes' drive.

Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week in Katy's accommodation. The neighbourhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the centre of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge
