This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. La Lézardière is located in the countryside, surrounded by corn, sunflower and wheat fields, and right next to the Benon Forest. The cottage has a swimming pool (6 m x 4 m) exclusively for the use of guests, which is heated from April to September (weather permitting), so you can enjoy wonderful moments with family or friends. Guests can enjoy a garden of 800m2. SWIMMING POOL OPENING FOR 2026 FROM 4 APRIL.

"Villa Coco" is a beautiful renovated 200 m² stone house dating from 1800, located in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, 30 minutes from La Rochelle and the beaches, 25 minutes from Niort, 1 hour 10 minutes from Futuroscope and 1 hour 30 minutes from Puy du Fou. It can accommodate 12 people. There is a large garden, a heated swimming pool that gets sun all day, a petanque court and shaded areas.
