In the heart of a fully renovated old barn, come and stay in the quiet countryside while being close to La Rochelle, Niort or the Poitevin marsh. The 5-person vacation rental is divided into a large living room with equipped kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms (including one on the mezzanine) as well as a bathroom/toilet. Outside, the swimming pool shared with the hosts is accessible from May to September (depending on the weather). The children's playground or the petanque court will keep you busy.

Here we present the 11-person option (12 people with extra bed on the mezzanine) with 2 extra bedrooms, a spacious living room with piano, as well as 1 bathroom, 1 south-facing terrace and 1 west-facing terrace for sunbathing. You will have access to the swimming pool (shared with us) and the park. Only one cottage per stay on the estate
