very nice location with private pool halfway between the cliffs of Plouha l'île de Brehat and the Penthievre coast with Cape Erquy and Cape Frehel... for hiking enthusiasts a real plus. Not to mention the sea baths in Étables at Gobelins Beach or in Saint-Quaix. Thanks to Hervé for his info on the area, his availability and his kindness. The chocolate was delicious. Very nice, well-located and functional small accommodation. The garden is very nice, perfect for two with a dog. Attention three points to take into account: fairly dangerous staircase/ladder, swimming pool closed when we come, for large vehicles difficult to park near the accommodation. We had a pleasant time in the accommodation, Jean-Pierre was pleasant and accessible thank you!

Very nice apartment, spacious and pleasant, with great views of the sea and the fields. The hot tub and private pool really made a difference. The host was lovely and very responsive. We immediately felt comfortable. A real little piece of heaven, we'll be back with pleasure!

We had a wonderful time in Binic. The house is comfortable, spacious, very well equipped, ideally located. The enclosed garden, the terrace sheltered from the wind, the summer kitchen allow you to take meals outside, enjoy the sun and outdoor games with the children. The ability to park the car in the garden driveway is not insignificant! We sincerely thank our hosts for their considerate hosting, their availability, their attention. We had a great time at Florence's. Easy and flexible check-in, cozy place, as described. Florence is lovely and made us some helpful recommendations. The garden is charming, the house is quiet, parking in the immediate vicinity was no problem. The village is quiet but has basic shops. And the surroundings are magical! In short, we warmly recommend this place. Note that there were only two of us but everything is planned for a family, games room included!

Gilles decorated the house very lovingly. It's like grandmother's home. It is very comfortable. The path to the shower goes through the bedroom. I would love to come back.

This house has exceptional views. In addition, it is very well equipped (you can see that it is a house where people live, there is everything you need). The bedding is very good. The street is very quiet, you can't hear any noise. Access to GR 34 is from the bottom of the garden. We were in contact with the owner and the people taking care of the house following an electrical problem due to the storm. Everything went well and was smooth. The living room is very bright and all windows overlook the sea. A place we'd love to come back to for sure.

We had a great time with the family! The location is ideal: quiet with the gr, the city center and the beach... all within walking distance. Spacious and bright spaces. Very good communication with Aurelie who is very reactive. I recommend it without hesitating!
