We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend in May in this house that has far exceeded our expectations. Everything is designed for comfort and fun: the pool and play areas made our children happy, and the quality outdoor amenities allowed us to enjoy real moments of relaxation. The house is nestled in a haven of peace, with a splendid view a short walk away, while being ideally located close to Breton seaside resorts. A perfect setting for a family wishing to combine tranquility and discoveries. A huge thank you to Alexandra and Julien for their warm welcome, availability and kindness, which greatly contributed to the success of this stay. We highly recommend it!

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the centre and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few metres from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). Great accommodation, ideal location for exploring the area. No complaints. The only small downside that raises questions: the outdoor camera that seems to be active and follows us when we are outside.

Benedicte and Etienne were very helpful and lovely hosts. We enjoyed their fresh eggs and cherries.The gite has been beautifully renovated and decorated . The gardens and lake were a pleasure to walk around and even had a swim in their pool. We enjoyed visiting St.Malo and Dinan and loved the many walks nearby along the river Rance. It was a thoroughly enjoyable week and would highly recommend and visit again

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

Quiet and pleasant location. Spacious and well furnished and well equipped accommodation. One small downside. The absence of a garbage bag.

Exceptional location. The view is magnificent. The house is very nice and typical. Beautiful renovation. Access to the house is complicated. The street is narrow and not one-way.... no direct access from the street to the land. Access by door, there are steps at the entrance... Overall we had a nice stay

The place is great, clean comfortable and well equipped, the use of the garage for bikes or motorcycles was a bonus, the town has all the facilities you need yet the house is quiet and well situated. Benedicte couldn’t have been more helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to friends or family and would certainly use again if I return to the area, many thanks to all concerned

Accommodation as advertised. Very clean and functional. Ideal location for visiting the region and ideal location for golfers with very beautiful golf courses nearby including Dinard and Saint-Malo.

We had a great time at Jérôme's. The cottage is completely renovated, everything is new. He welcomed us with a big smile and fire! In addition to the extra logs for our stay. Jérôme is a very nice person who gave us good recommendations! The accommodation is super well-equipped. We stayed with our 2 children and a dog. we are 5 min from Matignon and 15 min from Cap Fehre by car. I recommend it.

I had a great weekend with my friends at Magalie's. Hikes and walks in Pleneuf Val André and Erquy. We can get there in 20 minutes. That's perfect!

Soléne offers a lovingly furnished holiday home. We felt right at home and were greeted with a bottle of apple juice from the region. The location is great, a well-worn path leads to the main road. There is a bakery, a supermarket and a small beach shop. Along the road, you are immediately on the beach. The holiday home is the perfect base for excursions to St. Malo, Dinan or for short hikes on the peninsula.

We had a great stay at Maxime's house. Very nice house and very clean. it is ideally located to visit Cap Fréhel, Cap d'Erquy and their surroundings.

We were very happy with our stay at Claire and Benjamin's. Only advantages (we ended up looking for the small details that could be improved): incredible village, location of the house in this village is great (near the beaches, shops, etc. and very quiet), renovated house with very good quality materials and attention to detail, everything is well equipped and very nicely decorated (clean style with a lot of character), special mention for the very comfortable garden deckchairs and the provision of bicycles (not electric, not new, not in the best condition - but sufficient to enjoy the joy of moving around without a car in the village). Recommended without so much as a second thought.

If you're looking for a great place to stay in peaceful, beautiful surroundings in the countryside, and yet within easy reach of the nearby medieval town of Dinan and coastal areas such as Dinard and St Malo, then this fantastic accommodation is highly recommended and is great value. Throughout our holiday, from the booking process, the arrival on site, the great communication and warm reception from Morgane the host, it was really straight forward and stress free. Everything is provided for a relaxing and tranquil stay in comfort. As others have mentioned, the hot tub (Nordic bath) was a great addition. If you book to stay here, you won't be disappointed and we wouldn't hesitate to go again! Thank you Morgane and Alexandre for your warm hospitality at your marvellous Gîte.
