Construite en pierre de taille, elle comprend un sous-sol aménagé en salle d'eau, un rez-de-chaussée équipé pour les petits déjeuners, un étage-chambre avec voute et une terrasse panoramique avec vue ( 360°)sur l' estuaire de la Gironde. Le bâtiment est flanqué au nord-ouest d'une échauguette qui abrite un escalier à vis.

Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. Situé à 35 minutes de l'île d'Oléron, 15 minutes de Saintes et 45 minutes de La Rochelle et 40 minutes de Fouras ou Chatelaillon Plage. Tout est neuf, aux normes, et est isolé. Tout est très propre. Jardin de 350m2, salon de jardin avec place de parking, PAC Air eau. Pour les courts séjours nous ne fournirons pas les draps et les serviettes jusqu’à 3 nuits. Concernant le chauffage nous demandons 5 euros par jour.
