Beachfront holiday rental in Saint-Pol-de-Léon

A house full of charm and history opposite the sea that offers us a different show at every moment. Beautiful walks can be done on foot from the rental. Parking is easy. Everything was perfect, we spent a week with family, 4 adults and 2 children. The spaces are spacious and thoughtful. It is still necessary to take into account the fact that the bedrooms and bathrooms are dyed on the floor and in the basement, which can be useful for the PRMs We recommend this rental where we already plan to return next spring

We had a great week at Jean-Luc's house with our 3 children aged 18, 16 and 12. The house is located facing the sea, with direct access. The view and noise of the sea are exceptional. Lots of walks possible from the house, or around (Roscoff, Ile de Batz...). Jean Luc had recommended the Leclerc du Saint Pol fishmonger - indeed great. The house is simple and very functional (everything you need for cooking, washing machines, dryer). Our eldest son slept in the huge dormitory, where it was good although we were in February. The check-in and check-out was very easy. We highly recommend!!

We stayed in Saint Guirec in this apartment for the 2nd time. Despite the time not always at the top our stay was excellent. the apartment is really ideally located the beach of Saint Guirec is beautiful. The place is lively but quite quiet in the evening and at night. There is everything you need in this lovely apartment 🙂 the children were once again delighted and so did we 😁

We had a great Easter weekend at Claudie and Ronan's house, the house is very pleasant to live in, peaceful, we lack nothing , close to the beaches and the port. We spent a wonderful week at Baptiste place. The sea is walking distance, as well as local organic shops and nice restaurants. This is a very nice part of Perros Guirec: close to the center, but far enough that tourists (like us!) and noise are not a problem. We will definitely come back if we can!

We spent a lovely few days here. The house is very pretty, full of character and has an amazing garden. The pool was a huge bonus and there was lots of thoughtful touches including pool toys, swings and board games which our children loved. Accessible to larger towns and cities such as Brest, Quimper, etc. for exploring. If you like a quiet countryside base this is perfect, but you will need a car to get around. David is a great host and we would definitely stay again.

Aurélie and Régis' accommodation is perfect, everything is there, Aurélie was waiting for us when we arrived, very nice, nothing is missing in the house, we felt good there, the pool is great for relaxing and the proximity to the beach a 2-minute walk away for a stroll is a real plus. Perfect, I think that's the word that could best describe this place! The house is nice, well equipped. The bedding is super comfortable. And this view, a unique view in a heavenly place! Catherine's house was beautifully presented - the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area in particular. Catherine was an excellent host - she offered lots of helpful advice about the local area. Check in/out was friendly and flexible. The house is in a rural area and located very conveniently for beautiful beaches like Amiets and Keremma. It is a short walk to buy bread from the local Tabac in the morning, or a short drive into the centre of Plousecat for a butcher, baker and convenience store. Catherine's house included a spacious garage containing kayaks, bodyboards etc. (we had a great time with the kayak). Morlaix and Brest are less than an hour away, for more things to do. A lovely house, and definitely recommended. Thank you Catherine for a lovely stay!

Great location - steps away from beaches and trails to explore the beautiful pink granite. Short walk (0.5 miles) into town. Great restaurants near by with beautiful sunsets. Very quiet and peaceful community.
