Cozy and ideal for families, our apartment accommodates up to four people and is located in Villeneuve, just 20 minutes from Courmayeur and Aosta. Perfect for exploring the Aosta Valley, it is close to the main tourist attractions. The house offers a bright living area, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Outside, a garden with a gazebo will allow you to relax surrounded by nature. Just 5 minutes away you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, and pharmacies.

Consisting of a double bedroom, large living area and private bathroom, this guest suite is ideal for a short stay in the area. There is no kitchen. It has a balcony and a separate entrance from the outside. It is located in a quiet area on the edge of the village overlooking the countryside but in a central and accessible location with respect to the points of interest in the area. Perfect in all seasons for a few days of relaxation or for those who are simply passing through.

Welcome to our cozy 17sqm cabin in the woods, perfect for your next mountain holiday. With Mont Blanc gracing the horizon, you'll be treated to breathtaking views. Please note that this lovely tiny home is situated away from the town centre. It is about 1 hour on foot, 10 minutes by bus, or 4 mins by car. Also, this is the last year Le Cabin de Cerro will be available to book on Airbnb. April 2026 the cabin will undergo an extension and will no longer be a tiny home.

“La casa del bucato” was so called because it is located near the wash house that once (and sometimes still today) was used by the women of the village to do laundry, “l'ansiva” in fact. This small but cozy house, fully accessible, with attention to the smallest details to lull you in the mountain charm, consists of a single room that houses a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom and overlooks the outdoor area equipped as a solarium.
