Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

Studio apartment, with vertical retractable double bed, ideal for two people, located on the 1st floor, in a strategic position very close to the historic center, with the possibility of free parking nearby or paid parking in the internal courtyard. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, perfect both for visiting the city and for reaching the tourist destinations of the region. You can walk to the cable car to Pila in 10 minutes (1 km) as well as the train and bus station.

Located in the historic center of Aosta, and recently renovated (2019), the studio apartment is cared for in every detail. It is located on the ground floor, with a large balcony overlooking the front lawn and the vegetable garden. We have a dog and a cat. Villeneuve is a town of 1,300 inhabitants, 10 km from Aosta. Located in the central valley, it allows you to quickly reach the valleys of the Gran Paradiso National Park, the city of Aosta, the towns of the Alta Valle, France and Switzerland.

Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

A large terrace with pergola overlooks the mountains and bell towers. Very quiet, great charm.
