Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

La Mason dl'Arc - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

Small and cozy studio apartment (CIR 0021)

Studio apartment, with vertical retractable double bed, ideal for two people, located on the 1st floor, in a strategic position very close to the historic center, with the possibility of free parking nearby or paid parking in the internal courtyard. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, perfect both for visiting the city and for reaching the tourist destinations of the region. You can walk to the cable car to Pila in 10 minutes (1 km) as well as the train and bus station.

We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice, and we came to this place in the forest to begin a simple yet rewarding life, trying to learn from nature. Our home in the deep mountain forest exists in quiet isolation, 1 kilometer from the nearest inhabitants. We offer you an attic apartment hand-renovated by Riccardo. The apartment has a big bed and pull-out couch (both situated under skylights), a living area, kitchenette, private bathroom and a view of the valley.

Casa Matilde Villeneuve

ACCOMMODATION FOR TOURIST USE-VDA-VILLENEUVE-007 The apartment is in the village of Villeneuve. It is located on the ground floor, with a large balcony overlooking the front lawn and the vegetable garden. We have a dog and a cat. Villeneuve is a town of 1,300 inhabitants, 10 km from Aosta. Located in the central valley, it allows you to quickly reach the valleys of the Gran Paradiso National Park, the city of Aosta, the towns of the Alta Valle, France and Switzerland.

Strategically located halfway between Aosta and Courmayeur, it is an excellent base for reaching the Gran Paradiso valleys, 15 minutes from the Pre Saint Didier Thermal Baths and excellent as a base for reaching the major ski resorts. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

Historic home in the center of Aosta (CIR 0369)

Beautiful and large house on two floors, in the historic center, leaning against the Roman walls. On the ground floor, on a courtyard, there is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the first floor a living room with fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom/laundry. A large terrace with pergola overlooks the mountains and bell towers. Very quiet, great charm.

Casa Zambon

A small apartment (living room with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom) near Aosta and the cable car to the ski resort of Pila (5 minutes drive). 2 places in bed + 2 in sofa bed.
