Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

Stéphane is a very welcoming host who gave us good advice for visits and restaurants. They were available to meet our expectations. The accommodation is really great for 12 people. As for the pool area with its summer kitchen, it's an added bonus for this rental. We were able to enjoy it to the fullest thanks to the beautiful weather. We recommend this accommodation, close to many places to visit: Aiguèze, Vallon Pont d'Arc, the caves of Saint Marcel, the lavender museum...

Beatrice & Antoine are super friendly and charming hosts. The accommodation is in a perfect location and offers a wonderful view of Mont Ventoux and the beauty of Provence. We will be happy to come back! :-)

I recommend it without hesitating! Incredibly large accommodation, an equally large and beautiful exterior! What a joy to have been able to spend our holidays here, our most beautiful holiday home compared to everything we have rented in the past! What a surprising place to stay! A great terrace with an amazingly beautiful view, a wonderfully cool and special house. We enjoyed the place and the nice original 'flea market decor '. The flea market on Sundays in Carpentras is also highly recommended! Séguret is also worth visiting and there are countless other nice villages nearby! Avignon is only a half hour drive. The walk to the church (St. Hilaire) on the other side of the mountain (you can see it from the terrace) is beautiful and also good to do! In short, a great recommendation!!

The property is lovely and the hosts were very welcoming and respectful and helpful with suggestions. Our only critique would be that the pool whilst lovely is not private and shared with the hosts who admittedly did not use it whilst we were there and if you like me love to cook the oven was portable and a slight challenge to use. The village and walks were incredible and the location near to Uzes, Nimes and Avignon makes for a lovely stay. A big thank you to Pascal and Catherine x

We had a great stay in this beautiful villa. There is all the necessary equipment. Thanks to the air conditioning, the inside of the house (including the bedrooms) remains fresh so very pleasant to sleep in. Pretty terrace with a pool. The photos match reality. Justine welcomed us very warmly. She was responsive by message during the stay when we had any questions. We would recommend this house.

Claire was very responsive and available. When we arrived, David was welcoming and left us clear instructions. The photos are very faithful to the accommodation, which is really great! We had a great weekend and highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, in the beautiful main village square, right in the centre of Uzès. It was peaceful, comfortable and the apartment was bright and cozy. It had a little outdoor balcony which was a nice bonus. We were thrilled to have had the opportunity of staying in this delightful place and the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. Charming cozy cottage tastefully furnished, very well equipped, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bedding. Perfect set-up for couple. The hosts are warm, the hospitality and responsiveness are impeccable and good recommendations. Very well located, it is both easy to reach Bagnols for shops while being surrounded by nature with lots of possible hikes nearby and beautiful sites to visit. Big plus for the stove with the wood provided, the flames are comforting in the cold season. We had a great time between beautiful hikes and rest by the fire.

Rémy’s place exceeded our expectations! It was perfectly equip, and the location was fantastic - literally just off the main square. The small terrace was lovely, a treat to have. Rémy was very responsive, and easy to contact. Would come back to Uzes and happily stay here again!

With us, it was mainly Jane, his wife, who was the hostess. Very friendly, explained everything about the birds(our interest) and places to visit. Was visibly happy with us as a guest. The place is breathtakingly beautiful and quiet! The entrance to our house smells delicious due to all the blooming roses and jasmine. The only downside we found was that you have to shower in the bath. But that was not bad for 1 work.

An absolute dream – 5 star! The villa was just perfect for our stay! Everything was super clean, very well maintained and exactly as in the pictures – if not even more beautiful. You immediately notice that they work here with a lot of love for detail. The pool was a real highlight – big, clean and great for relaxing. The outdoor area was also very inviting and quiet – ideal for relaxing days in the sun. The booking went completely smoothly, the contact was friendly and professional, and everything worked out perfectly. Pierre’s home was paradise! He met us there for check in and check out. The home was well stocked, from the kitchen to the music collection (both of which we thoroughly enjoyed). The views and sunsets were incredible from the home. We loved opening the windows and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of throughout the day, we even chose to enjoy two dinners at the home. The bed was comfortable and the home was easy to keep at an ideal temperature. We explored the area very easily from the convenient location. This is a lovely, spacious house in a wonderful location with great views. We really enjoyed the big terrace, the well-tended garden and grounds and the beautiful, quiet countryside immediately accessible from the house. We arrived in the dark and opened the front door to a warm welcome with a wonderful wood burning stove making the house very cosy. We really appreciated the supply of wood during our stay as the evenings were cool/cold. The pool is also lovely and well maintained but was rather refreshing (in October) but we braved it! We would all highly recommend this place for a gathering of family and friends. The beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of showers and loos. Cooking facilities are really good for preparing meals which we enjoyed around the large dining table. There is everything needed for a truly relaxing and memorable holiday. This is clearly a loved family home and we appreciated the pictures, books and tasteful furnishings. Highly recommended!

Exceptional stay in an authentic Provençal farmhouse! We had an unforgettable stay in this beautiful Provençal farmhouse. Undoubtedly the most beautiful villa in the neighborhood. The house is full of charm, tastefully decorated. Everything is thought out for the comfort of guests, from the perfectly equipped kitchen to the quality bedding. The garden and pool are true havens of peace, ideal for relaxing with the family, and a very friendly patio for plancha evenings. The location is perfect: close to small picturesque villages and local markets, while offering absolute tranquility away from the tourist hustle and bustle. We thank our host Nadine for her advice on local activities and good restaurants. We highly recommend this farmhouse for anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing Provencal experience. a wonderful weekend for 8 adults, time for annual reunions. a very nice outdoor garden with views of the lavender fields. everything starts with a warm welcome from the owners (who live on site but are very discreet!). a beautiful and very well-equipped house, both inside and outside! an incredible pool and petanque molky volleyball activities that allow you to stay all weekend in the middle of the greenery. a very good memory thank you to Myriam and Pascal!
