This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. In the heart of the village of Lacapelle-Viescamp, close to the lake of Saint-Etienne-Cantales and 3 kilometers from the beach of Puech les Ouilles, supervised by a lifeguard and animated by various water activities accessible during the period of July and August (canoe, sailing school, yoga classes...). A snack bar "Le nautilus" offers a catering service (aperitifs, ice cream, meals...). About 15 minutes from Aurillac.

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
