L'entrée est indépendante de la longère Normande que je viens de restaurer. Situé sur 4ha en lisière de forêt. A 3km de Pavilly, sur l' axe Rouen - Dieppe, Amiens- Le Havre. Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen.
