I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. It is a 30 m2 non-smoking accommodation with a kitchen and living room. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 cm double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and a TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room. Only the toilets at the entrance to the house are shared.

Situé sur des circuits de randonnées, à proximité d'un château classé monument historique. 5mn de Felletin (Tapisserie, diamanterie, Grand marché les Vendredi matin), 15mn d'Aubusson (Capitale de la Tapisserie), 20mn du circuit automobile du Mas du Clos, 30mn du Lac de Vassivière. Vous trouverez calme et déconnexion, parfait endroit pour se reposer en toute simplicité.

Le Delta bénéficie d'une cuisine aménagée ouverte sur un grand salon/salle à manger avec poêle à granules. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve également une première chambre avec lit double, une salle de bain, un WC séparé et une buanderie. A l'étage se trouve la chambre mezzanine avec baignoire et lit double. Profitez du filet pour vous détendre et accéder aux 2 couchages insolites. L'accès au chalet se fait par une terrasse de 35m² avec SPA privatif et mobilier d'extérieur.

Combe Prunde presents itself as an idyllic, isolated and quiet place for all people who like to spend their time in unspoiled nature and who appreciate being alone with nature to observe it or to rest thoroughly. Located near the large pond, the cottage offers, with its three bedrooms, enough space for up to 6 people. During the high season (mid-June to mid-September), we only rent the cottage by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.
