Brand-new entire property, a 10-minute walk to amenities (shops, restaurants, cinema). The same applies to access to the port (wharf for Île de Batz) and the beaches. This practical accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen (plus basic groceries). The sleeping area is furnished with a 160/200 cm bed, with an en suite shower room. 300m from the beach of St Anne La Palud and the coastal trail GR34, this 1881 farmhouse is located within a non-working farm complex on the edge of a small village. Fully renovated in 2022, the 2.5 bedrooms each offer a double bed and is ideal for up to 6 guests - 2 of the bedrooms are very large, and one is small. An outside decking with dining setting is in a shared space. An outside hot tub is available from 7am to 9pm during June to September. We offer 20% discount for weekly bookings
