50 m2 accommodation + independent terrace in house.

You will stay in the independent part of our house, a staircase leads to a 50 m2 terrace, which is reserved for you. You enter the 25 m2 living room with a fully equipped kitchen area. A bedroom with 2 twin beds of 0.80 m that can be joined together as a double bed adjoins the room. Bathroom with shower/sink/toilet on the same level. By a miller's ladder you access an attic bedroom with 1 double bed. The whole property overlooks the surrounding mountains.

It is a peaceful place in the heart of nature and at the foot of the mountains, to relax, to hike to the lakes, to ski, to discover the Grésivaudan valley. The house is designed in relation to the ecology of the place. There is a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, a second bed is possible with the sofa bed if you prefer to sleep in front of the stove or if there are four of you. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and ecological dry toilet.

My luxury studio, conveniently located in the center of Les 7 Laux

Nice studio for 4 people, Ideally 2 adults and 2 children, completely renovated in 2023, at the foot of the slopes and perfectly located in the Edelweiss 2 building, in the center of the 7 Laux Prapoutel resort in front of the ski school for the winter and at the start of many hikes for the summer. The studio is 25 minutes from Crolles ST for business travelers. Convenient with its ski locker and plenty of storage. Free parking nearby.

Village cottage

The cottage is attached to our house and independent. A mezzanine with double bed, and on the ground floor in the main room, a single bed equipped with a pull-out bed that can sleep a 4th person. It is a small village of Belledonne, 30 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort at the start of hiking trails with many road bike and mountain bike routes. A movie theater 7 km away in the valley the pleasure of meeting and sharing homemade jams!

Sainte-Agnès Accommodation

Located in Sainte-Agnès in the Belledonne balconies with magnificent views of the Belledonne range, the accommodation is completely independent. You are 10 minutes from Crolles (city) and 20 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort. The 50 m2 accommodation is fully equipped with a large bedroom, sofa bed, large bathroom and equipped kitchen. Nearby you can enjoy many hikes, lakes... in summer and snowshoeing, skiing, sledding... in winter.
