This modern vacation rental is brand new, perfect for a relaxing vacation and can accommodate 2 people (and a child possible). Located on the Guérandaise peninsula, 15 minutes from La Baule, our gîte is ideal for exploring the region and enjoying a pleasant stay. Mesquer/Quimiac beaches are 7 km away and many hikes and activities are within walking distance. The gates of the Morbihan golf course are 30 minutes away.

Deux logements disponibles, l'un pour 4 personnes et l'autre pour 3 personnes. Pour votre tranquillité et votre confort, si vous louez l'un des deux, l'autre ne sera pas occupé. Mon logement est au calme en pleine nature auprès de chevaux, jolie vue sur le soleil couchant. SAUNA : Espace privatisé sur réservation 25 euros pour 2 personnes. à 5 min. de la Roche Bernard, petit port touristique. Plages à 20 min. proche de la Brière, le golf du Morbihan, la côte de jade. Rénové de façon originale.

Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

A charming cottage with a bohemian chic vibe, original architecture, refined aesthetics and an authentic atmosphere – this house has great potential. Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).
