Very happy stay. The accommodation is impeccable, the location of the apartment is perfect and the explanations received to access the city centre on foot or by bike are very appreciable. Possibility of parking the vehicle in the reserved courtyard but limited space. There are many parking options in the surrounding area.

Such a great place and location! It’s exactly as it’s listed and more! The concierge Isabelle, who greeted us was great! Very friendly, informative and kept in touch with us re an earlier arrival time if we wanted it, and clear arrangements for our departure day! 👍 The accommodation had everything we needed - was very comfortable, and so tidy and clean/spotless on our arrival. It is located in a lovely very peaceful residential area- pine cladded /sandy & just 5 mins walk to the beautiful beach, and not much further to centre of the village with bars/ restaurants & shops! The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

We stayed in this little house during a weekend on Ile de Ré. We enjoyed its comfort and location: it is ideally located in the heart of a small, very quiet and peaceful residence, and very close to the city centre of La Flotte. We recommend ☺️

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

Hi, my parents loved the stay, quiet, really close to the sea, no noise at night or during the day. They loved everything they did and especially going to the beach on foot. Jean Michel and Christine responded to their request very quickly and efficiently. They were happy and came back relaxed and soothed from their stay. Which I think they'll be happy to do again. i highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

This apartment is in a great location with views over the harbour and the sea. It is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We like that once there it is possible to leave your car in its parking space and walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. A lovely place for a calm and restful holiday.
