Apartment for 4 to 6 people, located at the foot of the slopes of the Chaillol ski resort, at the foot of the Ecrin National Park and at the start of many hikes. Facing south with a magnificent view of the entire champaur valley. 10 minutes from the Champsaur body of water and activities in the valley . The accommodation is composed of a separate sleeping area,with a 2-person bed. As well as 2 bunk beds. A kitchen living room with sofa that can be converted into a bed for 2 people. Accommodation completely redone.

Gap is a 15-minute drive and Lac de Serre-Ponçon 30 minutes. Our house is an old renovated farmhouse surrounded by an enclosed garden that contains children's games (trampoline, swings...). You will enjoy the calm of the neighborhood. All amenities (supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias...) are a 5-minute drive away.

Shops at 400 m, city center 5 minutes away. Please note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
