L'Olivier, Cozy apartment between sea and forest

Independent accommodation located on the ground floor of a newly renovated Tharonaise house. A stone's throw from the sea, in a double cul-de-sac, you can enjoy the birdsong and the "greenway" just behind the accommodation. The village is a 5-minute walk. A very good bakery, a nautical club, a bus stop and all amenities are also a 5-minute walk away. Super U with laundromat and gas station 1.9 km away. 10 minutes from Pornic by car and 20 minutes from Saint Nazaire.

A plant-based breakfast is included in the booking and bicycles are available to explore the area. There are beautiful walks to be had on the coastal trails! Shops and markets are a 10-minute walk away. Dogs accepted under certain conditions.

The park allows access to leisure for all (games available). Accommodation designed to accommodate people with limited mobility (turning areas, doors, thresholds). Beaches and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away. You can do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, or you can choose to pay for it (€45).

This unique place has a style all its own. "La Belle Onde" gîte, very recent, (60 m2) 600 m from Cormier beach, in La Plaine-sur-Mer. On enclosed land of 220 m2. Quiet. 1 km from Tharon beach with its large market on Tuesdays and Fridays.  3 km from La Plaine-sur-Mer. 7 km from Pornic. Linens and towels are provided! Courtyard terrace with outdoor furniture and charcoal barbecue. For musicians, I make my piano available (upon request).

Comfortable House in Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef

We rent our house for a few days this summer in Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef. Located in the city center, next to the bakery and the famous biscuit shop, the beach and convenience stores can be reached by foot. The house (65m²) has been totally refurbished this year and will be a comfortable departure point to discover this lovely area. We speak english as well and a bit of german and spanish so international travelers are more than welcome!

50 m2 house where the living is good with large enclosed outdoor courtyard facing south. Ideal location, close to all shops and beaches. Pets allowed, the yard is completely enclosed, no grass but synthetic turf. I'll show you a pedestrian path for them to do their business. Cleaning remains the responsibility of the tenant. Towels and linens are provided, sheets can be rented (€10 per pair). Board games available

Come and enjoy the pretty beach of Gohaud just 400 m from the house, as well as the 2 swimming pools of the residence open from June 14 to September 14, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
