Beautiful renovated and fully equipped country house, living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, sleeps 5 people. Bed linen provided. Quiet, at the crossroads of Vitré, Fougères, Laval and Ernée, it is also 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel, 1 hour from Rennes, barely 4 hours from Paris. The hiking trail, the Haute Vilaine trail, is at the foot of the house and a nautical base 15 km away. A supermarket and bakery are 5 km away.

Maison de bourg disposant d' une cuisine équipée ( sans lave vaisselle ni lave linge ) , 2 chambres avec lits doubles à l' étage. Maison se situant dans un bourg de 600 habitants avec de nombreux sites de randonnées . Présence d un deuxième escalier type meunier pour accéder à une troisième pièce mais pas recommandé pour les enfants en bas âge , ni pour les personnes à mobilité réduite .
