This accommodation offers a private hammam in the shower, a two-seater spa bath, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine) and a connected TV with sound bar. Its loft spirit with beautiful ceiling height creates a warm and modern atmosphere.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and quiet place. All you have to do is put down your things and you'll feel right at home! Passing through Loudéac or have a work assignment to complete? This studio will be perfect for you. Ideally located close to all shops as well as the industrial area. You have a small private parking lot as well as all the essentials for a pleasant stay. (Equipped kitchen, cooking utensils, towel, TV, etc.)

Our place is good for couples, business travelers, families with kids, and big groups. Large enclosed outdoor area: (+ garden furniture, deckchair and barbecue). Many sports activities are possible nearby (hiking, horseback riding, tennis, cycling on the towpath along the canal from Nantes to Brest...). Our accommodation is close to the beach (about 1 hour) and various family-friendly activities (amusement parks, tree climbing...)
