Luxury rentals in Saint Martin

This was our first time visiting St. Martin and had no idea where to stay. We are so grateful that we selected 100% Villas to book our accommodations. Our private villa, Just in Paradise, was as beautiful as the photos showed. The view was spectacular, the pool was perfect and the villa was spacious and clean. We felt very safe in the gated neighborhood of Terras Basses. Our concierge, Jahelle, was amazing. She arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, had our rental car waiting for us at the villa, put away the groceries we pre-ordered, and made all our dinner reservations for us. During our stay she would also check in from time to time to make sure all was well. Our housekeeper, Melissa, came in everyday to bring us fresh towels, linens, and to tidy up. She was very pleasant and extremely professional. We really appreciated her tips about the area! We plan to use 100% Villas next time we visit St. Martin!

Absolutely beautiful home with stunning sunrise to sunset views. The double-decker pool was a highlight for sure. Comfortable bedrooms and spacious bathrooms, well appointed kitchen and plenty of seating inside and out to keep everyone comfortable. Toddler/ Family friendly. Exceptional staff -- Jenny, Marius, Edward & Stephen were all wonderful & attentive. We've truly couldn't have had a better time and hope to come back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely beach rental, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality from Mehdi, our host. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was spotless, thanks to Agatha, the diligent housekeeper. Every corner of the rental was immaculately clean, and it was evident that she takes great pride in her work. The beach views were stunning, and the amenities provided were top-notch. Mehdi was always available to answer any questions and offer local tips, making our stay even more enjoyable. Agatha's attention to detail ensured that we felt right at home. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway with exceptional service, I highly recommend this rental.

Second trip to the villa with friends to celebrate husbands birthday. The cleaning ladies were the best and so friendly. The home is beautiful and pristine

This is a fantastic property and is exactly as shown. That said, some aerial photos may show a beach just outside the property, but that beach was washed away in the hurricane a few years back. We did not miss having a beach, because the patio and pool area are fantastic- plus, Mullett Bay Beach is 5 minutes away. Cupecoy Beach, and Dany's Beach Bar, are a two minute walk from your front door. It is a very secure location, and we always felt very safe and comfortable. The security staff are very attentive and always on site. The location is perfectly situated on the island. 15 minutes to Simpson Bay. 10ish minutes to Maho Beach. 7-8 minutes to Nettle Bay. There is a well stocked grocery store just across the street along with several decent restaurants. I would suggest purchasing plastic or stainless drinkware if you want to have drinks next to the pool. The home only stocks glassware- and plenty of it. We took advantage of the provisioning service through Les Halles, and it was very nice to have our groceries all put away when we arrived. We also had our rental car delivered. Both saved a lot of time and allowed us to quickly get to fun and sun. Rayma, our housekeeper, takes exquisite care of the property. Plenty of clean towels, beautiful bedding, all immaculate. We made frequent use of the services of Axel, our concierge, whose recommendations were- without exception- spot on with our expectations. Axel has relationships established with numerous restaurants and venues throughout the island, and when he gets a table reserved for you, it will be the best. If he reserves beach chairs and a day for your, it will be the best location.

Our family enjoyed a week-long stay in this villa. As soon as you walk in the door, the sunning deck + infinity pool + ocean view immediately make you lose whatever train of thought you were on. And the living room's big sliding glass wall and decoration/furniture frame it well. That "what a brain-wiping view" effect persisted through a week of excursions as we drove around in our rental car. Family members kept commenting on how much they were able to relax in this setting, and how far away their brains got from mainland worries. While the view was distracting us the whole stay, Axel (concierge) and Lydia (housekeeping) did a great job behind the scenes helping us get the most out of the island, providing restaurant lists and helping us navigate all the villa amenities. The drive into the neighborhood includes a pretty steep hill. The rental car did fine in low gear going up, and with some heavy braking going down, but I'd brace for it if you're driving. Combined with the smaller/bumpier island roads, driving is its own experience in my opinion! The two nearby beaches are enough of a vertical climb, and there are enough nearby villas/walls/obstacles that we didn't attempt the walk (or ask how we even do the walk). The drive to Friar's bay beach is quick, and a walking path connects them. This villa seems like a fortress because it needs to survive hurricanes like the monstrous Irma in 2017. The pandemic came in behind and it felt like the island is still recovering from a one-two punch to its economy. For us, the walls/gates/etc performed double duty as security. We got to interact with the French police a bit (they too kept getting sidetracked by the view!) at the end of our stay because a burglar tried and failed to gain access. It felt random and unlucky, but maybe worth keeping in mind. Axel did great recommending we close up the villa doors/windows at night and insisting on common-sense care with valuables.

Staying at this villa was truly a dream. The property is absolutely gorgeous and looks exactly like the photos. Working with 100% Villas was also lovely. Jahelle had so many amazing recommendations and answered my questions. She met me at the villa to do a walk through, which was very helpful, and checked in throughout the trip to confirm that everything was okay. I asked for recommendations for various vendors throughout the trip. She was very helpful behind the scenes and coordinated with them to be sure my experience was seamless. For example, she described the glassware options to the bartender before I arrived. The only issue was that the front door stuck and could be hard to open and lock. I eventually figured out a workaround so it wasn’t major. My final recommendation is to have a full list of things that the concierge could arrange or has arranged with recommended timelines to reserve so guests can maximize their experience. I’m already dreaming of coming back! Thank you!

We had a group of 10 for my 35th birthday and we had such an amazing stay! The villa was STUNNING! There was so much outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine and socialize. We had dinner and brunch with Chef Laura. The food and service was wonderful and she was a pleasure to have in the kitchen. have stayed at air bnbs around the world and I can confidently say Enzo is the best host we have experienced. He was always quick to reply and helped us immediately with any of our needs. 10/10! Thank you for making my birthday so special!

We had a great stay and the property was amazing ! The vast outdoor area with multiple seating / dining options , gazebo, landscaping, pool , beach access , well equipped house/kitchen- all were wonderful. The villa location felt safe - inside a gated area surrounded by large private villas. Great location close to stores , restaurants and other beaches , not walkable though - one definitely needs a car . Unfortunately there were some rocks on the beach near villa so we couldn’t swim there but one could get to a beautiful sandy side of the beach by car ( 1 minute away) or just walk 10 minutes. There are also multiple beautiful beaches nearby with beach service that are a short drive away. We were initially surprised that all 4 bedrooms were essentially 4 separate bungalows with a separate kitchen/living room building but since we ended up staying outside most of the time , the house layout worked great for us .
