Great stay. Everything was easy. Great views and the restaurant within walking distance. We’ll be back!

We loved at our stay and would definitely book it again if we are back at St. Martin. Aurelie responded to all my questions within minutes. The apartment was very, very clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the view to the ocean from the balcony was a favorite. Having breakfast in the balcony while hearing the ocean created nice memories for us. The area seems very safe with nice restaurants within a short walk and even a small grocery store near by. We enjoyed the short two-minute walk to the beach. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

My husband and I had a fantastic week celebrating my birthday at Joes place. The huge condo was well equipped, beautifully furnished, and immaculate. The large balcony overlooking the lushess garden, turquoise water and white sand was amazing. The restaurants, stores, beaches and supermarkets are within walking distance. The staff Vanessa and Madoo were extremely accommodating with booking tours, taking photos and making reservations. The Santino catarmaran cruise, and Rose island tour was great. Joe and staff were extremely accommodating making our stay a wonderful experience

Host was super helpful and responsive host. Unit was perfect for our stay and view of the ocean was great. Perfect location too, great resources within walking distance.

An exceptional stay!! We spent 3 nights at Coco Beach and we really liked our experience. The place was perfect for 2 couples. Coco Beach was close to the beach and the pool was very nice and clean. Coco Beach has beautiful amenities and is close to many things. We cooked, we went to get a restaurant. Honestly, we could go back without hesitation.

The view from the room is immaculate. You are steps away from the water, sand, beach, and the pool is a 1 minute walk away. We felt very safe in the condo with electronic storm shutters over the windows - we closed every night before bed, gated entrance to property, and an attendant at the gate. Bed is wonderful - nice and firm. Good storage for clothes. The kitchen is fully stocked. Huge fridge. Spacious shower. We rented our car through Elisa (host’s) recommendation a driver escorted us from airport to car rental lot - a two minute drive from the gated beach club. Elisa is a wonderful host very responsive to messages, respectful of privacy.

My husband and I enjoyed 6 nights here. It is a perfect location with delicious restaurants just a 5 min walk away. The beach in front of the home is gorgeous and calm. The home and kitchen is well appointed with all the necessities for making a small meal. Close to the Super U for needed groceries. Nicolas was very attentive and made check-in a breeze. Would definitely recommend to any friends or family visiting the area!

This place exceeded all our expectations - fantastic location right on the beach, and also easy walking distance to great shops and restaurants, and of course the amazing bakery. We rented a car and found driving really easy - explored this lovely island each day and then came back and chilled on the beach by the condo. Such a relaxing holiday and the condo was perfect. And Virginia was super responsive whenever we had a question. We will be back!

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

Wonderful view of the beach and great patio. House had all the amenities you need for cooking your own meals. This was really nicely placed in the middle of Orient beach so you only have a 10-15 minute walk to all the restaurants for dinner.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful place for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and located within a gated community, which made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved the large balcony where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the breathtaking views of Indigo Bay. Leanne and her team were very responsive and helpful, making everything from check-in to check-out seamless. We enjoyed the Indigo Bay beach club (walking distance or a very short car ride away) - beautiful beach and delicious food. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Emilie's apartment, her proximity to the East Bay as well as the beach and pool of the residence allowed us to vary the pleasures during our stay, not to mention that it is also very well located and close to all amenities (gas station, airport, supermarket). Emilie is also a very responsive and available host. I would 100% recommend her place

It was our second time staying at Jean’s place and it was even better than the last. The location is fantastic, right next to the airport and still very quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous views from the living room, shower & rooftop. Bed was extremely comfortable & the entire place was spotless. We plan on coming back & staying here again whenever we do. This trip to St. Martin was special, as we celebrated our 10th anniversary with family. Orient Bay, our chosen location, was perfect due to its proximity to restaurants, bars, and beaches. Communication about the property was excellent. We arrived early to find the apartment already cooled and even better than the photos! The kitchen was well-appointed, the balcony offered incredible bay views, and the rooms were spacious with individual AC. We loved sipping coffee and dining on the balcony, enjoying ocean sounds and a mosquito deterring breeze. Shutters were great for sleeping in. This is the best place we've stayed in St. Martin; everyone was delighted. You'll find many excellent restaurants nearby, all within walking distance.

We have always stayed at all inclusive resorts. We wanted to try something different but were hesitant about an Airbnb. Patrick's Villa was the first we viewed and nothing that we looked at online left the impression of La voyageur. Between the amazing reviews and beautiful decor, it just felt right. From our arrival, to departure and all the things in between, Patrick was an amazing host. From restaurant reservations to the best beach clubs, we were able to spend each second of our trip experiencing the best St. Martin had to offer. Patrick truly made our experience exceptional not to mention the unique atmosphere this flat provides. Beautiful views in a gated community with the best French cuisine within walking distance, we were truly in our perfect paradise. We purchased a few groceries and cooked a few times but ultimately felt at home. It was so very hard to leave. Thank you Patrick for offering a very special experience that we hope to revisit soon.

Our short 3 night stay at Maho Condo was excellent. The space is very clean and small but functional. There are two large closets with plenty of hangers and four drawers of under bed storage. Kitchen: Stocked with glasses, dishes and cutlery as well as appliances like a ninja blender, air fryer and toaster. Bathroom: Rainfall shower with nice pressure, hot water and plenty of towels. They even have darker makeup towels. Misc. Robot vacuum, ironing board, smart tv. Amenities: Fully equipped gym and although we never used the pool it’s a nice size and has plenty of chairs. The onsite security made us feel safe coming and going at night. Location: close to the airport with about a 10 min walk to Maho beach. 5 min drive to Mullet Bay beach. In walking distance to bars/restaurants and the Maho market. We had a car and parked often in the gravel lot across the street. Communication: Great. We got a nice welcome and had an open communication with the hosts should we need anything.

Great clean location with everything you need for an amazing holiday. Plenty of space with open kitchen/ living room concept with a view of ocean and beach. Which coincides with the deck/ patio. We would definitely stay again at “ The French Kiss”.. thanks for the host that kept in contact with us and met us at the property to explain some key details. My wife and I loved this stay at Mount Vernon. Waking up daily to the beautiful view of Orient bay was priceless. The place was clean , had most things you would need at the kitchen . I loved that they had coffee available there too. The place was very cozy and beautiful. The bed was very comfy which let us rest properly every night . We like the comfort and luxury of having such a nice view every time you look out the balcony. The host was very kind and waited for us at the entrance of the place . You most definitely would need to have a vehicle to be able to get around from there to other places . I would say if you have mobility issues maybe it would be a little difficult because of the flight of stairs , other than that it’s a great stay! We will definitely come back.

We had a great experience with this Airbnb! The host made sure to give us a great welcome. The condo is clean, has a great view, and was an easy walk to Mullet Bay beach.
