Beachfront holiday rental in Saint Martin

I absolutely LOVED Tamara’s place. She is very welcoming and makes you feel at home! The pictures of her place do no justice, you must see it in person. Everything was squeaky clean and everything worked properly. There’s a nice view of the ocean, a pool downstairs, and a restaurant downstairs. Everything is pretty close, nothing’s too far which is also a plus. I rate this place 10/10, definitely recommend!

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Antoine’s place. It is in a great location with the beach, restaurants, and shopping all nearby. We loved sitting outside on the patio in the mornings to enjoy breakfast with the iguanas, turtles, birds, and cats!

AMAZING! This property exceeded out expectations. From the moment we walked on the property we felt like we were in paradise. From the landscaping to the interior, everything was so well done and thought out. The views from this property were simply breathtaking. Taking the kayaks over to Pinel Island was so much fun and very easy. The pool was a wonderful way to start and end our days and was extremely well maintained. Melissa was our concierge for our trip and from the moment we started planning to the day we checked out she was fabulous to work with. All of our groceries were there when we showed up, we had reservations that she made for us at a new beach each day, and dinner reservations were also made by her for each night, this made out days flow seamlessly. If we needed anything or if there were any changes we wanted to make she was extremely prompt and helpful with her responses. We would love to go back and do it all again!

An amazing stay all around! I went in May so we were greeted with an entrance of lush trees and gorgeous flowers that led up to the front door (great for pictures). The unit looks even better in person-- extremely clean and spacious with beautiful decor. The living room couch is super comfy, my friend barely slept in her room that's how comfy it was. The view of the beach was great. Although the planes are nearby, there was no noise pollution when we were inside, which was great for peace and quiet. Sylvia was very responsive, thorough, kind and friendly. I highly recommend booking with them!

This apartment met and exceeded our short vacation needs! The space was beautiful and the balcony was a bonus. The beach is easily accessible via walking. Great Indian restaurant nearby - Ananda! Public parking was easy to find just around the block from the apartment.

The place was perfect, and the view and backyard were the highlights of our stay! We were just 5 to 10 minutes away from the best beaches and activities on the French side. The supermarket and an amazing bakery were only about 4 minutes down the road, along with a wine store. On the first day, I struggled to get my phone to work with Google Maps because I hadn't informed my cell phone company that I would be traveling abroad. However, the hosts were incredibly helpful in assisting me. The husband stayed on the phone with me the entire time, which made a world of difference since I was really anxious about my first Airbnb experience in the Caribbean. Once I sorted out the issue with my cell carrier, we were able to navigate all over the island easily. I would definitely stay here again, and I can't wait to come back!

It was our second time staying at Jean’s place and it was even better than the last. The location is fantastic, right next to the airport and still very quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous views from the living room, shower & rooftop. Bed was extremely comfortable & the entire place was spotless. We plan on coming back & staying here again whenever we do. Amazing people with great attention for details from apartment's manager to the gardening staff. Gilles, our co-host assistance referent, was always present for everything in case of any issue, very appreciated. Really, all money is worth what you will find in this splendid residence. It was so difficult to leave such an awesome ambient in Saint Martin. You will always be kept considered as a special place.

What a wonderful beachside condo! The place came equipped with all the beach gear and household items. Eating around the village at the restaurants or having wine and cheese board from the village market ; this place was picturesque and everything was a 30 second walk away. Also, the speaker was amazing!

We enjoyed our stay at Jayne’s! She is an excellent host - very detailed, clear instructions; the place is exactly as described & it’s the easiest walk to great restaurants and cupecoy beach which is incredible. We’ll definitely be back

Jays place is absolutely stunning!! Waking up to that view every day was amazing!! Beautiful beach is steps away and it feels very private, never got crowded. The place is well equipped with everything you need and more and the air conditioning is 10/10! Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and everything was so clean. Communication was quick and easy for any questions you may have and the check in process was so smooth. This place is definitely one of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed in and will definitely be back when I return to Saint Martin !!

awesome location, 3 steps to beach. corals nearby with great snorkeling place right behind the house. clean and convenient, close to all action, with dedicated parking and all amenities you would ever need.

I really enjoyed my two week vacation in this great apartment! It is very spacious. Another couple stayed with me for a few days, and we were all very comfortable. Wonderful restaurants are right nearby, and the ocean is a very short walk away (you can see it from the balcony). Manuela is a delightful person and very helpful. I look greatly forward to returning soon and staying again in this perfect spot!

Laure’s villa was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation for me and my boyfriend. The villa is very private and offers amazing views of the water. Every morning we walked to the local bakery where they offer amazing pastries and sandwiches. There is also an Italian restaurant that is in walking distance from the villa that we went to twice. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island and the different beaches. Our favorite was mullet bay! Also, we spent a day at Loterie Farm and it did not disappoint! We rented a cabana at the pool and even saw some monkeys! Finally, we rented a private boat through captain Jo and it was the highlight of our trip! We got to explore several small islands off of st Martin and learn history about the island and went to three great snorkeling spots. We will definitely be back to stay at Laure’s villa again. It was exactly how it looks in pictures and Laure was a great host. If you’re looking for a private, beautiful villa this is your spot!

Perfect! After exploring the island I saw that we were in the best place! In front of the best and most beautiful beach on the island! Not a 5 minute walk through the beautiful golf course! It looks like it's in a resort! Apartment view to the golf course and the spectacular beach! All new! It's well worth it!

It was amazing to wake up each morning just steps from the beautiful beach! After our stay, I can say that the location along the beach is perfect: easy walking distance to all the best restaurants, yet away enough from the noise and more crowded areas. Very central. The property had everything we could possibly need. Even a cooler and snorkeling gear! Previous tenants left some spices behind, and we contributed too. There are several smaller convenience stores and a great pharmacy walking distance. And, a 5 min drive to Super U grocery store, which has everything, and is full of amazing French products. You must get breakfast at La Cantina!

We just returned from an unforgettable week at Villa Corrine in Sint Maarten, and I honestly don’t know where to begin—it was that incredible. Whether you're lounging by the pool with the ocean as your backdrop, enjoying a morning coffee with the breeze flowing through the open spaces, or simply relaxing in one of the beautifully appointed rooms, you feel like you're in your own private paradise. And the view? Let's just say waking up to that ocean every morning felt like a dream. This magical villa was one of the most relaxing, rejuvenating spaces that we’ve ever stayed at. Five stars simply don’t feel like enough. Thank you for sharing this incredible space with us!

Beautiful Airbnb experience! Just as described and better. Our stay was amazing. Everything was pristine, clean and accessible. We had a nice kitchen with everything needed inside. A/C unit. Comfortable bed, clean linens. We especially loved our balcony overlooking the beach. Maxwell was extremely helpful in providing us guidance for visiting the island. He also had very clear instructions on how to access the property and check in was super easy and straightforward. Maxwell is extremely responsive and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better host, highly recommend!
