Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Apartment in a large passive house. A large bedroom: a double bed + a single bed. In the living room: sofa bed (17 cm mattress). Equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Sheets and towels are provided. With 30 m² terrace, not overlooked, to enjoy the beautiful panorama of the red rock cliff to the north, the mountains to the east and the small hills to the south. Hiking trails pass in front of the house. The apartment is adjoining mine No pets and no smoking.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! The accommodation is ideal for a sporting stay in the mountains or for relaxing in the heart of nature.
