This is our second stay in Claude's apartments. This time we enjoyed the view from the south side. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet while being very close to restaurants and beaches. Everything was perfect from our point of view.

The accommodation is clean and the environment is quiet. The price is affordable and in line with accessibility, the surrounding cities and the accommodation. Another great time at Oihan's! Even though I was unable to stay in the original apartment due to water damage, Oihan and Laura were very responsive and professional in offering me several alternatives. I finally stayed in the Maitasuna, a bright duplex, tastefully decorated and located a stone's throw from Les Halles. No sea view this time, but an equally exceptional stay. Great loft a few steps away from the main street, restaurants, boulangerie, and the main surfing beach. Perfect for longer stays. The parking spot is a convenient bonus. The place is very well-designed, super clean, and fully equipped with top quality appliances and furnishing. Wifi worked really well. Jean-Louis is incredibly friendly and helpful.

We had a great weekend! The house was ideal to accommodate our group of 15 people, with all the necessary equipment to have a good stay. The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

Great location close to the beach and under shady trees in a quiet neighborhood. The place is fully equipped, you can tell that Christelle and Benoit have a lot of experience. It's also great that breakfast for the first morning was already provided by Christelle and Benoit, so you can enjoy the vacation from the first minute.

The accommodation offered by François is great. Access to the beach (10 metres) and proximity to bars/restaurants is very convenient. I recommend it!

Awesome location and very helpful host. Fridge had some stables in it and the host had made some lovely biscuits. Having a car park was very useful as parks are hard to find in town. Accomodation is probably around 45m2 in total and on ground floor with ocean view
