The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

45 m2 accommodation includes a living room/kitchen. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed. One cabin bedroom with a 80 x 180 bunk bed. Linens and sheets included. A bathroom with toilet and washing machine. The annex includes a terrace and a courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. (watch your step when opening the gate) Access to private and independent accommodation. The accommodation is accessible by Rue de la Danaë, park and access by a small pedestrian alley to the accommodation (70 meters away)

Studio classified 3* (33m2) comfortable 5 min walk to the port, in quiet residence. Sofa bed 160 and bunk beds 90/190 for family with 1or 2 children or 3 adults. A piece of garden with furniture. Heated pool and hammam open from February to early November and Christmas. Linen NOT included (NO tea towels, bath mats, sheets, towels), rent on request. Free parking on site (subject to availability) An amount of 40 euros for the household is included in the price.

Located in the former Palais des Gouverneurs in a private park in the heart of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, a village that is characterized by its fortifications of Vauban. Close to harbor, restaurants, shops and the beach. You will have a terrace of 18 m2 and private parking. You will be greeted by the owners who live on the island, and who will be at your disposal. For our friends the animals welcome with permission from the owner.

The small cabin is ideally located to rest at the bottom of a very quiet cul-de-sac in the Grenettes district even in the middle of summer. Just 150 meters from the coast you can enjoy the sea for shore fishing, swimming, surfing, beautiful sunsets. We don't have private parking but free spaces are just across from your rental even in the heart of summer. Linens not provided - rental possible Pets not allowed

Villas Véronique, a piece of paradise on Ile de Ré. A unique place for a new approach to luxury. Beautiful villa with private heated pool with sea 100 m away. The living room opens to the outside. A bedroom with a double bed and high-quality bedding communicates with the living room through a large carved rosewood door. The second bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom has a natural stone walk-in shower.

Very nice T1 of 31m2, fully renovated in June 2021, on the ground floor of a quiet residence, 300m from the centre and 300m from the beach. All comforts with large-screen TV, Canal+, fully-equipped kitchen, 160cm sofa bed with 18cm mattress, private south-facing courtyard of 15m2 with dining area, sun loungers, plants, etc. Bikes (not new but serviced) provided.
