You are 10 minutes from all amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, Intersport, restaurant) and 10 minutes from Modane station.

You have 2 bedrooms with bathrooms one on the ground floor and the other upstairs under the roof with access by a miller's ladder (from the inside) or by an external staircase as originally.
