Refurbished to a very high standard, with a large open-plan kitchen/family room , 1 Double bedroom downstairs & 2 Twin bedrooms upstairs (all with private shower room). 10 x 5m HEATED (May and September ) pool over looking open fields and large patio. Walk into the local village to make use of the local shop for your fresh morning bread and croissants etc, or enjoy rivers, chateau and vineyards further afield.

Enjoy a stylish and central place, close to all shops, bars, restaurants, squares, in the historic center. View towards the Dronne and the castle. 500 meters from the campsite and beach, tennis court, canoeing and kayaking and several hiking trails to the neighboring towns. The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement confortable pour séjours courts ou longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble). Petit déjeuner et massages possibles.
