Seafront house

Ideal location : you just have to cross the park to reach the sea facilities (beach, fishermen, kids playground, parking lot, ...) The village itself has been elected "one of the most beautiful villages in France" in a famous TV show. All the houses stick to the reputation and all have roses in front of them. The house itself is small (small bedrooms) but perfectly located. The dining room is oriented due-west so you can enjoy the sunset on the sea every night.

Musical Farm Gîte

Come and rest at the farm, in the old bread oven of the renovated farmhouse. Enjoy the wood-burning stove, Scandinavian wood decor and winter garden. The library is at your disposal and you will benefit from many amenities (barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). The sea is a stone's throw away (30-minute walk, 2 km drive) and beautiful walks on foot or by bike will allow you to discover the Pays de Caux (GR21, marked trails).

You will find a real atypical home here. Every detail has been taken care of to make visitors feel good, in a warm environment. Just 3 km from Etretat, 13 km from Fécamp, 30 km from Le Havre, you will have all the advantages of the countryside without the disadvantages.

Holiday cottage 7 km from the sea. Located close to the cities of Fécamp (12 km), Etretat (27 km). You will visit the coast of Alabaster, country of the High Cliffs. You can go for walks at the lake of Caniel for summer sledding, water skiing, bowling ... In the cottage formula, you have towels and sheets. On the other hand, you do not have the breakfasts included but can take them as an option, you just have to let us know when you arrive.

Clean, the cabin will offer you moments (and colors) of rare beauty to recharge your batteries alone, with family or friends and enjoy: hiking, gastronomy, kite surfing, paragliding, fishing or simply living nature, the rhythm of the tides and rest. It seems that after sleeping in linen sheets, it doesn't happen. Its brightness and sound insulation make it particularly pleasant, especially during winter.

Old refurbished photo workshop of 90 m2 offering a high ceiling and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of a 6500 m2 plot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Le Fournil de Theuville (Theuville Bakery)

ATTENTION: Wood stove out of service for winter 2025-2026 but the house is well heated. The bakery of Theuville is a former bakery located 10 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes from the town of Fécamp, its museums and its many activities. It was completely renovated in 2019 in a residential accommodation with a surface area of 80 sqm and has a 1800 sqm lot. You will find a large number of amenities for your convenience.

Studio in 17th century hunting/guards cottage in private park. Total privacy; total peace, without feeling of isolation. Read by the fireplace or go for a walk in the open fields near by. Total silence, rabbits and roe pass by.......and our min pin Willy once in a while. Located just 15/20 min from the beach and fascinating Le Havre. Reservations 2 (two) nights minimum.
